Sejladsbestemmelserne er offentliggjort og de vigtigste ændringer er følgende:
Man får en tidsstraf hvis man tyvstarter, og denne straf kan forøges hvis protestkomiteen skønner det.
Det er muligt at anvende motoren til at komme flot efter grundstødning under nogle nærmere omstændigheder.
Deltagerne trackes med TracTrac, således at der ikke længere skal sendes SMS’er.
Svendborg Sund broen har et særskilt afsnit i bilagene, da passage er gjort sværere med nye stensætninger.

The Sailing Instructions are published and the major changes is as follows:
If a boat is on the course side at her start, and does not correct, she will receive a time penalty, and if an advantage has been gained, the protest commitee may increase this penalty if it deems it necessary.
If a boat runs aground, it is allowed to use the engine to float again in some certain circumstances.
The participants will be tracked using TracTrac. No text messages are required.
The Svendborg Sund Bridge has a special appendix, as the safe passage of the bridge is more difficult due to new sand and stone reefs.
