HOW DO I PAY MY FEE?
You may pay your fee either by banking transaction or in cash at the Race Office.
We do prefer banking transaction, as this means we do not have to have large amounts of cash present.

HVORDAN FÅR JEG MIN VIMPEL?
Som deltager i Classic Fyn Rundt skal man føre en vimpel i agterstaget.
Det er tradition og respekt overfor sponsorer og Kerteminde Kommune, som lader deltagerne ligge gratis.
Når I ankommer, skal I rette henvendelse til Kerteminde Marinas havnekontor
Her oplyser I jeres deltagernummer og/eller bådens navn og/eller førerens navn og så får I udleveret en vimpel, der er tegn på at I er deltagere i Classic Fyn Rundt med ret til at ligge gratis i Kerteminde Havn.
Hvis I ikke når det, så når bureauet åbner torsdag eftermiddag, kan I henvende jer her, og få udleveret vimplen.
Dette gælder naturligvis også de som gerne vil betale ved registrering.

HOW DO YOU GET YOUT PENNANT?
As participant in Classic Fyn Rundt you are required to fly the regatta pennant in the aftmost stay.
It’ s tradition and respect for the sponsors and the City of Kerteminde, who allows the participants to berth at no fee.
When you arrive, we ask you to contact the Harbor Authorities.
Here you state your entry number and/or the name of the boat and/or the name of the master, and then you will receive the pennant, that when flown is the proof that you are a participant in the Classic Fyn Rundt Distance Regatta and that you may berth at no fee in Kerteminde during the regatta.
If you do not have the time to do this, then when the Race Office opens Thursday afernoon, we kindly ask you to come here for the pennant.
This also applies to those who wishes to pay at registration, of course.

HVAD ER CLASSIC FYN RUNDT?
Fyn Rundt er Danmarks ældste kapsejlads og startede i 1934 på initiativ af Odense Sejlklub.
I 2000 forlod Odense Sejlklub Korshavn på Fyns Hoved som startplads og flyttede til Kerteminde i samarbejde med Kerteminde Sejlklub.
Samtidigt skiftede sejladsen navn til det nuværende Classic Fyn Rundt.
I 2010 overtager Kerteminde Sejlklub ansvaret for Classic Fyn Rundt og vil føre sejladsen videre i den gode ånd, som blev grundlagt tilbage i 1934.

WHAT IS THE CLASSIC FYN RUNDT DISTANCE REGATTA?
The Classic Fyn Rundt Distance Regatta or Around Funen, is the oldest distance regatta in Denmark, and started back in 1934 at the initiative of Odense Sejlklub.
In the year 2000 Odense Sejlklub left behind the starting place for many years, Fyns Hoved, and moved to Kerteminde in cooperation with Kerteminde Sejlklub.
At the same time the name of the regatta was changed to the present The Classic Fyn Rundt Distance Regatta.
In 2010 Kerteminde Sejlklub took over the responsibility for Classic Fyn Rundt, and will continue the regatta in the good spirit, which was founded back in 1934.

Hvis du er udenlandsk statsborger og ikke medlem af Flensburger Yachtclub, så skal du have et målecertifikat til den type af sejlads du ønsker at deltage i.

DH certifikater fås ved henvendelse til Dansk Sejlunions chefmåler Flemming Nielsen –www.sejlsport.dk
Tyske deltagere, der vil deltage efter DH kan rette henvendelse til Deutscher Segler Verband –www.dsv.org

I AM A FOREIGN PARTICIPANT
If you are a foreign citizen, and not a member of Flensburger Yachtclub, then you must have a valid measurement certificate valid for the kind of race you wish to participate in.
IRC certificates can be obtained by contacting the Royal Ocean Yacht Club (RORC) at the homepage:www.ircrating.org
DH certificates can be obtained by contacting the Danish Sailing Association Mrs. Jette Dalegaard – www.sejlsport.dk
German participants who wishes to participate in races governed by the Danish Handicap (DH) may contact Deutscher Segler Verband – www.dsv.org
The Tour race does not require any measurement certificates. Anyone may participate here, with the exception of single-handed participants.
